How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days for the North and South Islands. Rural deliveries may require an additional 1-2 business days to arrive.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, base layers and socks must be unopened.
How should I care for my Devold garments?
Most Devold products are machine washable on a wool cycle (30°C) using wool-specific detergent. Always air dry flat and avoid tumble drying to maintain the integrity of the natural fibers.
